- Pay for services rendered in accordance with agreed-upon terms

5. Fees and Payment
Fees for our services are based on the complexity of the work, time required, and level of expertise needed. We provide fee estimates before beginning work when possible. Payment terms will be specified in our engagement letter or service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is not received as agreed.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
